Sr. Associate Project Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Associate Project Manager in Brazil.

In this role, you will support the delivery of complex ERP and SAP-related projects within a global professional services environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technical experts, and cross-functional teams distributed across onshore and offshore locations. The position involves managing key phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution, testing, and deployment. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where communication, structure, and adaptability are essential. You will also contribute to improving project delivery processes and supporting continuous operational efficiency. The role offers strong exposure to enterprise-scale SAP initiatives and international project environments.

• Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals, working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the full lifecycle of ERP and SAP projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build detailed project plans, schedules, and communication materials.
• Coordinate with distributed teams (onshore and offshore), ensuring alignment and execution of project activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and ensure timely escalation of risks, dependencies, and critical path issues.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on project expectations and outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, delivery quality, and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in SAP program or project management within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, with exposure to functional areas such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or HCM.
• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem concepts such as S/4HANA, ABAP, Basis, and Security is highly valued.
• Experience managing projects using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, cross-functional, and global environments.
• SAP-related certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience acceptable).
• Fluent Portuguese and English required; Spanish is an advantage.
