This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Client Relationship Manager in the United States.
In this role, you will manage complex accounts across a defined territory, driving revenue growth while cultivating strong, lasting client relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs, increase share of wallet, and deliver measurable business impact. The position requires strategic account planning, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management, combined with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels. You will travel frequently within the assigned region to meet clients in person, while also leveraging hybrid remote work for efficiency. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed account and territory plans to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client personas to protect existing business and uncover new opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to support TEAM selling and customer-focused solution development.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity pipeline management and submit on-time forecasts, reports, and updates in CRM tools.
  • Develop deep knowledge of products, clients, and competitors to inform account strategies and drive client success.
  • Support execution of contractual obligations and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives and team goals.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent technical/managerial experience; advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • 4–8 years of experience in account or territory management within life sciences or a specialized field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic account management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com) for accurate pipeline and contact management.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Benefits:
  • Base salary: $112,000–$140,000 per year, plus potential commission up to $68,000.
