This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Client Strategy Manager, Measurement in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and client strategy, helping leading brands transform complex measurement data into clear, actionable insights that drive media performance and business growth. You will own a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as both a strategic advisor and a measurement expert across pre-sales and post-campaign phases. In close collaboration with Sales, Ad Operations, and Data teams, you will shape compelling narratives that support winning proposals and deepen client relationships. This is a high-visibility role where analytical rigor meets creative storytelling in a fast-paced, adtech environment. You will also mentor junior team members and help elevate the quality and consistency of client deliverables. Your work will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion through insight-led strategy.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic narratives, insights, and measurement outputs for both pre-sales proposals and post-campaign analysis
  • Partner with Sales teams to shape RFP responses, pitch materials, and client growth strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting performance insights and actionable recommendations
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling storytelling frameworks that answer “so what” and “now what”
  • Recommend optimal measurement methodologies aligned with client KPIs and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Ad Operations, and Data teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews by identifying trends, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on measurement solutions and industry positioning
  • Mentor and support one direct report, driving performance, development, and workflow efficiency
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to enhance research, insights generation, and content creation
  • Continuously improve best practices for client strategy, reporting, and measurement storytelling
  • Own strategic relationships across a portfolio of key enterprise clients

  • Requirements:

    • 6–8+ years of experience in measurement, media strategy, client strategy, insights, or account management roles
    • Strong background in digital media, adtech, martech, or attribution/measurement platforms
    • Proven experience managing client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
    • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights
    • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information
    • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
    • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) preferred
    • Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity enhancement
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-performance environment
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
