Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative pods to deliver high-performing Class A campaigns on time.

  • Drive creative testing innovation and scale-up of winning ad concepts.

  • Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all assets.

  • Implement agile workflows and optimize creative operations for efficiency.

  • Analyze performance metrics to guide data-driven creative decisions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative strategy with business goals.

  • Mentor and grow top creative talent fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Marketing Business Communications or related field (MBA or Project Management certification is a plus).

  • 5+ years leading creative campaigns in advertising or eCommerce with a proven record of high-impact scalable outputs.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creative teams to deliver measurable business results.

  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology storytelling and advertising principles.

  • Strong strategic planning and prioritization abilities with flawless execution under tight deadlines.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset turning insights into creative growth strategies.

  • Highly adaptable thriving in fast-paced performance-driven environments.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills both written and verbal.

  • Passion for innovation experimentation and continuous improvement.
