This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing global downstream marketing strategy within a highly regulated medtech environment focused on respiratory care solutions. The position plays a pivotal role in driving demand, adoption, and brand leadership across consumer, healthcare professional, and distribution channels. It requires a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with accountability for translating clinical and product value into compelling global campaigns. The role leads cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, medical affairs, and regional teams to ensure consistent and compliant messaging across markets. It also involves building and developing a high-performing marketing organization while scaling global commercial impact. This is a highly visible leadership position with direct influence on patient outcomes, commercial growth, and international brand expansion.

Accountabilities

  • Lead global downstream marketing strategy across consumer, HCP, and B2B channels, ensuring alignment with brand, clinical positioning, and growth objectives
  • Translate upstream product strategy into compelling messaging, integrated campaigns, and commercial tools in collaboration with product marketing teams
  • Drive go-to-market planning for product launches, lifecycle initiatives, and international market expansion efforts
  • Oversee consumer marketing programs including DTC campaigns, digital marketing, patient education, and brand storytelling initiatives
  • Lead HCP-focused marketing across pulmonology, sleep medicine, homecare, and healthcare provider networks, including congress support and clinical education
  • Partner with sales, market access, and regional teams to ensure aligned global execution and commercial effectiveness
  • Develop scalable sales enablement tools, training materials, and playbooks for global field teams and distribution partners
  • Build, mentor, and lead a downstream marketing organization of 10+ professionals, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks to measure ROI, campaign effectiveness, and business impact
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives meet global regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
  • Requirements

    • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience within medtech, medical device, or regulated healthcare industries
    • Proven success leading both consumer (DTC) and HCP marketing strategies in complex healthcare ecosystems
    • Strong leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams of 10+ professionals, including managers
    • Experience operating in global or multi-regional commercial environments
    • Deep understanding of regulated marketing processes, including medical/legal review and compliance requirements
    • Strong strategic thinking with ability to operate across executive strategy and hands-on execution
    • Experience driving product launches, integrated campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
    • Strong digital and omnichannel marketing expertise, including performance marketing and CRM strategies
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, medical affairs, and regional leadership teams
    • Experience in respiratory care, durable medical equipment, or chronic care markets is highly valued
