This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Director, Partner GTM Strategy and Programs in United States.

We are seeking a visionary leader to define and execute global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and programs for partner ecosystems. This role oversees end-to-end GTM initiatives, including incentives, program design, and cross-functional alignment with Revenue Enablement, to maximize growth, revenue, and partner impact. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and translate market insights into actionable strategies. By driving alignment and consistency across partner programs, you will enhance partner performance and enable scalable success. This position offers a high-visibility, dynamic environment where strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership directly influence organizational outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partner programs and incentives to drive market share, revenue, and customer retention.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of partnership strategy, program, and incentive professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Partner Marketing, Revenue Enablement, and business units—to ensure cohesive execution of partner strategies.
  • Monitor and report on partner program performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in GTM strategies, guiding internal teams on best practices and scalable initiatives.
  • Represent the organization externally at industry events, strengthening relationships with partners and market leaders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall partner satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in Partner GTM Strategy, Program Management, Incentives, or Enablement.
    • Proven ability to lead, influence, and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive strategy and decision-making.
    • Demonstrated success in developing, optimizing, and scaling GTM programs and incentives.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain schedules.
    • Growth mindset, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and comfort in a dynamic, high-visibility role.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for business, marketing, or related fields. Advanced degrees a plus.
    • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
