  • Act as an executive escalation point for complex delivery challenges and high-impact partner issues
  • Represent the organization in strategic programs, industry forums, and partner engagements while monitoring market trends to inform continuous improvement
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or related customer delivery leadership roles within a technology or SaaS environment
    • Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary delivery organizations (consultants, project managers, and technical teams)
    • Strong background in managing complex enterprise or high-touch consulting engagements
    • Demonstrated ability to build scalable service delivery models, governance frameworks, and operational excellence programs
    • Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in service delivery environments
    • Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing utilization, margins, and performance metrics
