This is a senior enterprise program leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP transformation program. You will oversee complex, cross-functional workstreams spanning business, technical, data, testing, and deployment domains to ensure successful execution. The role requires strong governance, structured delivery discipline, and executive-level stakeholder management in a highly matrixed environment. You will act as the central accountability point for program success, ensuring alignment across internal teams, system integrators, and external vendors. A key part of the role is managing risk, dependencies, budget, and scope while enabling timely decision-making at the executive level. You will also lead go-live readiness and stabilization activities, ensuring seamless transition into operations. This position offers high visibility and significant impact across a large-scale enterprise transformation.
Accountabilities:
You will lead the full lifecycle delivery of a complex SAP program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and enterprise priorities. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure successful execution across all phases of delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end SAP program delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilization
- Defining and maintaining integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Driving execution discipline across functional, technical, data, testing, and deployment streams
- Establishing governance structures including steering committees and executive reporting cadence
- Managing program risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies with mitigation strategies
- Overseeing program budget, forecasting, vendor contracts, and financial performance
- Leading go-live readiness, cutover planning, and transition to steady-state operations
- Ensuring transparent communication and facilitating executive-level decision-making
- 13+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in senior program or leadership roles
- Proven track record leading large-scale SAP or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong expertise in program planning, execution, governance, and delivery management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, and complex delivery landscapes
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and steering committees
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and vendor performance oversight
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate effectively in large, matrixed enterprise environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high accountability and ownership orientation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
