This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Agentic Experiences based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and modern revenue technology, shaping how intelligent agents actively support and augment enterprise sales teams. You will define and own the product vision for agentic experiences that help sellers operate with greater precision, speed, and confidence. Working across product, engineering, design, and data science, you will turn a highly ambiguous and fast-evolving space into a clear roadmap and executable strategy. Your work will directly influence how AI agents behave on behalf of users, ensuring these systems are both powerful and trustworthy. This is a high-impact role in a fast-scaling environment where product decisions shape an emerging category. You will operate with significant autonomy while collaborating deeply across disciplines to bring complex AI-driven workflows to life.
Accountabilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for agentic AI experiences supporting enterprise sales teams
- Translate ambiguous, fast-evolving AI problem spaces into structured roadmaps and execution plans
- Design agent behaviors, including guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and trust and evaluation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional pods across product, engineering, design, and data science to deliver AI-driven capabilities
- Establish success metrics, OKRs, and measurement frameworks for emerging AI product areas
- Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions in a high-ambiguity, high-impact environment
- Influence and mentor other product managers without direct managerial authority
- Continuously integrate customer insights, data, and executive feedback into product decisions
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong background in enterprise sales, revenue technology, or adjacent domains
- Proven experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or intelligent automation features
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal cycles, and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Experience with agentic AI systems, workflow automation, or next-best-action frameworks
- Strong platform knowledge including APIs, integrations, and enterprise system design
- Experience working with CRM systems and complex data synchronization challenges
- Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution and product delivery
- Excellent communication skills across technical, executive, and customer audiences
- Competitive base salary ranging from $129,000 to $190,000 USD
