Impact In This Role

As a key member of our People Operations Team, you will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization while supporting the Vision, Purpose, Positioning, Brand Essence, Business Model, Core Strategies, Long-Term Objectives, and Priorities of the Company.The right person will be excited about bringing amazing talent onto the team while up-leveling candidate experience, efficiency, and quality delivery. Also seeking someone who is empathetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering an amazing employee experience! We're also looking for a team player and someone with experience in recruiting for Manufacturing roles -- for our internal Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, forging supportive and productive relationships with all team members is essential, including those in remote offices and locations. 

You will report to the HR Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage a high volume of sourcing, screening, scheduling, and assisting with candidate management for various roles 
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand
  • Reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best and brightest candidates
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain our team members
  • Develop creative strategies around sourcing competitive/exceptional talent
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations; administration of policies and procedures and programs of the organisation.
  • Manage and execute the onboarding, off-boarding, company sponsored benefits, leaves of absence, and time off processes, including system changes and paperwork.
  • Serve as a critical connection to our amazing team members - answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of HR.
  • Establish and manage key organisational relationships, understanding the business as a trusted advisor on all levels. Proactively offer solutions regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution with insightful data to guide decision-making.
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system and in employee files.
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics; prepare reports.
  • Responsible for facilities management
  • Organise various employee engagement activities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Desired Traits
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with working experience in a Recruiting or related role.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
  • Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter and can hit Inmail targets weekly
  • Experienced with Recruiting metrics and tracking
  • Passionate about creating an amazing candidate experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Self-directed. The ability to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision is paramount but similarly important is knowing when to ask for help.
  • Previous experience working in a high growth company preferred.
  • Knowledge of local India labor laws
  • Proficient in English and local languages
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and people skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn systems quickly
