Sr Financial Analyst

Supports the MedStar Medical Group's financial planning, forecast, and budgeting process and provides operational and financial leadership with financial guidance, and assists with the monthly close process. Develops financial models and researches variances from budget and trend to present financial information in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required

Experience

• 3-4 years Related experience required

Licenses and Certifications

• No special certification, registration or licensure required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical organization and problem-solving skills required.
• Working knowledge of various computer software applications.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
