As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and supporting the financial growth of a rapidly scaling organization. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, providing data-driven insights that influence both operational and financial performance. You will develop sophisticated forecasting models, analyze complex datasets, and help leadership understand key business trends and growth opportunities. Accountabilities
- Support long-range financial planning initiatives and contribute to the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting models.
- Analyze revenue, operational, and expense-related metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast growth, and assess new opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key financial and operational insights to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Investigate complex business challenges, identify areas for improvement, and help implement scalable solutions.
- Serve as a trusted business partner by providing financial guidance and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or a related analytical function.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to simplify complex business decisions into actionable analyses.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to perform end-to-end financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with SQL databases or a strong willingness to learn data extraction and querying techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations and insights to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, drive change, and influence stakeholders across teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguous situations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $95,000 to $131,000, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
