Role - GSC Learning Solution Leader

Mission

• Digital Expert to provide solution on new technologies like AI, Chat GPT, etc

• Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate solutions to the regions

• Identify improvement opportunity and deploy

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with region, Learning solution leaders and Domain leaders to ensure that Learning solutions are available for key competencies
• CoMET Deployment & Maintenance - Robustness & Become DNA across the Regions
• Provide adequate Reports and analytics to the Management

Main Activities

• Drive digital solutions to automate relevant processes with new technologies like AI, Analytics tools etc
• Ensure that right training contents available
• Drive on Competency development drive
• Create required information on promoting Learning / Competency development
• Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter

Qualifications

Key Systems

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge on Analytics tools and techniques

Experience Level

• 15-20 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and Digitization

• Hands on Expertise on AI, Data analytics, Chat GPT etc

Education

• Bachelor of in Engineering or equivalent
