We are looking for an exceptional Sr.IT Operations Engineer with extensive Cloud Applications & Infrastructure leadership experience. This role will be responsible for ensuring our employees have the best possible experience with their technology and our collaboration tools. You will report to the Director, IT -Technical Operations
What you will be doing:
- Technical ownership and administration of collaboration & productivity tools like GSuite, Slack, Zoom
- Technical ownership of Okta as the identity and access management solution. Building automation and operational efficiencies leveraging Okta
- Technical ownership and administration of ITSM tools.
- Drive process automation and integrations across infrastructure and architecture to drive scalability, security and efficiency gains
- Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure related to networking, video conferencing, etc
- Writing code that captures the essential nature of the targeted solution and is appropriately flexible, reusable, efficient and adaptable
- Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
What you should have:
- 6+ years of IT experience
- Technical knowledge of Identity Providers, SSO, MFA, etc. Experience with Okta is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools like GSuite, Slack, Zoom, etc
- Experience and knowledge of AWS components
- An understanding of the basics of OSs, networks and hardware
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, Nslookup, Netstat, etc
- A pragmatic understanding of software, hardware and network limitations and how to identify reliability risks
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting scalable office networks & video conferencing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service mindset
What we hope you have:
- Familiarity with SOX and compliance
- Asset management experience including Kandji
- Familiarity with computer networking including Cisco Meraki
- Working knowledge of VPN solutions
