Department Overview
Motorola Solutions is looking for a dynamic Sr Manager to drive our field deployment area along with its continuous improvements and expansion. This is a highly visible role that has responsibility in driving predictable execution on video customer projects. The Sr Manager of deployment services will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating deployment project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality.Job Description
- Partners with business leaders to anticipate future organizational requirements. Identifies and executes investments where necessary to meet business objectives.
- Identifies and executes process changes necessary to expand and grow the capability and throughput of the organization.
- Identifies external partners as required to support and augment capabilities of the organization.
- Leads international service delivery expansion leveraging internal and external partner resources in region
- Works closely with internal and external customers to ensure services delivered are meeting expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.
- Participation in pre-contract service delivery strategy and customer negotiations where required
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Motorola software products and solutions
Expertise in implementing strategic goals and driving user adoption
5+ years customer service / support experience
Strong financial acumen
Computer skills (I.e. MS Office suite)
Customer Satisfaction mindset
Excellent interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal.
PMP certification preferred
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers

Basic Requirements
5+ years experience with Motorola software products and solutions
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
