Sr Marketplace Ops Associate

We are hiring for a Sr. Marketplace Ops Associate, who will own the day to day operations of our Marketplace, as well as general hygiene and health dashboard maintenance. Operations include onboarding merchants, maintaining their account details, creating modules and placing merchants based on our merchandising calendar, and binding the requisite financial programs. Hygiene includes QA review and intervention, bug escalation, programmatic monitoring, and working through mission critical bugs that affect the app. We're looking for someone who has a real passion for efficiency and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
What you'll do

• Creating and executing on processes
• Responding to ad hoc requests, bugs, and configuration errors as needed
• Merchant onboarding; including sourcing hero images, logos, and merchant text from Merchants or Account Managers
• Affiliate link maintenance and management
• Weekly module configuration
• Scalability of direct billing operations
• Programmatic monitoring & alerting of Marketplace failures and trends
• Financial program binding
• Offers publication
• QA of published offers, modules, and merchants
• Responses to questions and help needed from Account Managers

Qualifications

• Experience working in an operations role at a fast-paced tech company
• Experience delivering on time-sensitive initiatives
• Familiarity with building internal tools and developing processes to streamline operations
• Experience with building and implementing processes that enable cross functional efficiency
• Ability to execute independently in an ambiguous environment
• Self starter who can identify areas of improvement and run point on solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, marketplaces, and affiliate marketing is a plus
