In collaboration with the sales team, the Presales Solution Consultant (PSC) will provide discovery and analysis of customer business needs and discuss strategic solutions. The PSC will then deliver an innovative, engaging, and impactful presentation with a clear and concise value message.
In addition, PSC's must build and maintain strong internal cross-functional relationships and client partnerships - solid communication and collaboration skills are key to our success. Other required competencies include agility, resilience, care, and trust. The ideal candidate is dedicated to creating and sustaining enthusiastic and loyal customers (raving fans.)

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain expertise in UKG solutions (releases, configuration, platform etc.)
• Lead all customer facing activities including needs analysis, solution development, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations and proposal responses.
• Deliver quality, engaging and strategic presentations with a clear, strong value message.
• Identify additional growth opportunities for our customers and position solutions to extend business.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience with UKG Pro or Equivalent HCM Solution, or 5+ years of industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)
• 3+ years' experience with Presales/solution consulting / Presentation to C Suite executives
• Ability to solve business problems with a strategic solution
• Excellent at driving difficult conversations in a positive direction, often with executives.
• Implementation and / or training experience
• Healthcare experience a plus
• BA or MS OR Equivalent Work Experience
• PST or MST Time Zone is a must

The base salary for this position is $105,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
