This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Pricing Specialist in India.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cutting-edge AI services pricing. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing pricing models that support complex global bids across AI, ML, and LLM-based solutions. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Presales, and Delivery teams, you will help shape competitive yet sustainable pricing strategies for high-impact enterprise deals. The position requires strong analytical thinking to translate technical scope into scalable commercial models. You will contribute directly to revenue growth by ensuring pricing accuracy, margin protection, and deal competitiveness. This is a high-visibility role within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on next-generation AI services.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage pricing models for bids and proposals, including FTE, pay-per-unit, subscription, hybrid, and outcome-based structures.
  • Support pricing strategies for AI, ML, LLM data services, annotation, HITL workflows, and model training and evaluation programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Finance, and Delivery teams to structure global commercial proposals.
  • Analyze cost drivers, margins, risks, and assumptions to ensure financially sound pricing decisions.
  • Maintain and improve pricing tools, templates, and documentation for consistency and efficiency.
  • Participate in pricing governance, reviews, and approvals with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal pricing policies and client-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to winning deal strategies while maintaining profitability and revenue integrity.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial bid management, or deal finance roles.
    • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, financial modeling, and cost structures.
    • Full-time MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to pricing tools considered a plus.
    • Experience working with AI, ML, LLM data services, annotation, or AI product/service pricing.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage tight deadlines in fast-paced, global environments.
    • Experience in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven organizations preferred.
    • Familiarity with multi-region or global pricing frameworks is an advantage.
    • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and structured problem-solving ability.
