Job Description

Team: Project Management

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Program Manager – Regulatory Real Estate & Site Strategy in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of regulatory operations, global real estate strategy, and large-scale transformation programs within a highly regulated environment. You will act as a critical execution enabler for complex site exit and footprint optimization initiatives, ensuring regulatory actions tied to facility closures are delivered with accuracy, speed, and coordination. Working closely with regional and local regulatory teams across global markets, you will help structure fragmented data, remove execution blockers, and create clarity in highly ambiguous situations. The role requires strong judgment, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to translate complex regulatory and operational information into clear, decision-ready insights. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve readiness, traceability, and execution quality across multiple concurrent programs. This is a high-impact position where your work directly supports global operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as an execution support lead for global and regional regulatory teams, helping accelerate site exits by developing and coordinating site-specific regulatory plans aligned with real estate closure strategies.
  • Support hands-on data collection, validation, and consolidation across regulatory and site information (licenses, registrations, manufacturing scope, and site attributes) to ensure execution readiness.
  • Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve execution blockers by working directly with regional and local stakeholders to maintain momentum and reduce delays.
  • Establish interim data sources of truth in fragmented system environments, ensuring traceability, documentation of assumptions, and audit readiness.
  • Translate execution progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions into clear, structured updates for senior leadership.
  • Capture learnings from ongoing initiatives and convert them into reusable frameworks, templates, and playbooks to improve future site exit processes.
  • Manage and coordinate external partners or consultants to ensure deliverables are aligned with regulatory, operational, and organizational requirements.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 7+ years of experience in program management, regulatory operations, regulatory strategy, or complex cross-functional initiatives within a regulated industry.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory site frameworks, including registrations, licenses, manufacturing scope, and their connection to operational or real estate decisions.
    • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, data-limited environments requiring structured thinking, synthesis, and independent judgment.
    • Experience working across global, cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage execution complexity and competing priorities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level, decision-ready materials.
    • High attention to confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy in sensitive regulatory contexts.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks
      • Annual incentive eligibility under a performance-based bonus program
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • Retirement savings plans including 401(k) with employer contributions
      • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave policies
      • Career development, tuition support, and continuous learning opportunities
      • Employee wellness programs and comprehensive well-being resources
      • Inclusive, global work environment focused on innovation and impact
