This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. AI Product Manager based in the United States.
This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on building the next generation of AI-powered and agentic capabilities within a fast-evolving SaaS environment. You will shape product strategy at the intersection of insurance technology, automation, and applied AI, driving features from concept through production. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams. You will define how intelligent, agent-driven workflows transform user experiences and operational efficiency. Acting as a key voice for product vision, you will translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value and measurable outcomes. This is a highly collaborative, innovative environment where experimentation, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement are core to success.
Accountabilities:
You will own the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven and agentic product capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value creation. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, shaping product direction based on data, customer insights, and market trends.
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered and agentic features within assigned product areas
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from hypothesis generation, experimentation, development, and launch
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and iterate on AI-driven workflows and intelligent features
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear problem statements, requirements, and success metrics
- Develop business cases and KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, ROI, and customer impact
- Drive prioritization and backlog management across competing initiatives and stakeholder inputs
- Guide go-to-market strategy and positioning for AI capabilities in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to improving product management practices across the team
- 7+ years of product management experience, including delivery of AI or agentic features
- Strong SaaS background; insurance or regulated industry experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Experience defining product strategy, KPIs, and data-driven decision frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong customer validation mindset with experience in hypothesis-driven product development
- Competitive base salary (typically ranging from $100,000 – $150,000 USD, depending on experience and location)
