This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Revenue Systems and Operations Specialist based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, systems strategy, and business enablement, with a strong focus on Salesforce-driven execution. It is designed for someone who wants to move beyond reactive support and instead help architect scalable revenue systems that power business growth. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into structured, actionable solutions that improve efficiency and consistency across revenue teams. The role owns mid-sized RevOps and Salesforce initiatives end-to-end, from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment and impact at every stage. You will also play a key role in improving data integrity, optimizing processes, and strengthening the overall RevOps operating model. This is a highly visible position in a fast-paced environment where ownership, autonomy, and strategic thinking are essential.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the intake, scoping, documentation, and prioritization of Revenue Operations and Salesforce-related requests across the business.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured technical and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects, including enhancements, workflow improvements, and system optimizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives, managing stakeholder communication, expectations, and alignment throughout execution.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and system gaps, proactively recommending scalable improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity, consistency, and governance across Salesforce and connected revenue systems.
  • Support prioritization and roadmap planning by assessing scope, impact, and level of effort for incoming requests.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM systems roles.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive process improvements and operational decisions.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior partners.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives effectively.
    • Experience working with revenue systems, process optimization, and operational scaling in a B2B environment.
