This role sits at the intersection of complex healthcare challenges and high-impact enterprise sales, focusing on helping employers address some of the most costly and sensitive medical conditions affecting their workforce. You will lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across employers, benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, and insurers, positioning a specialized healthcare navigation solution as a trusted strategic partner. The role combines territory ownership, pipeline generation, and full-cycle deal execution in a high-autonomy environment where results directly shape growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, influence positioning, and accelerate market adoption. This is a mission-driven sales role for someone energized by meaningful impact, complex deals, and relationship-led growth. Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive new business growth across a defined territory while managing the full sales cycle in a highly consultative and relationship-driven environment:

  • Lead complex B2B sales processes with employers, brokers, consultants, and healthcare partners from prospecting through close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by developing new relationships and expanding existing networks within the employee benefits ecosystem.
  • Execute targeted go-to-market strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex healthcare challenges into clear value propositions.
  • Gather and relay market insights from clients and prospects to inform product positioning, strategy, and commercial direction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while managing multiple high-value opportunities in parallel.
  • Requirements

    This position requires a seasoned enterprise sales professional with deep experience in the employer benefits or healthcare ecosystem, combined with strong relationship-building and closing capabilities:

    • 7+ years of success in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales, ideally within employee benefits, healthcare, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing full-cycle sales independently.
    • Existing network and credibility with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, or similar stakeholders.
    • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex decision-making environments.
    • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
    • Self-driven mindset with strong accountability, organizational discipline, and pipeline management skills.
    • Ability to work remotely and effectively manage territory-based sales execution.
