Key Responsibilities
You’ll be at the heart of our brand voice — crafting narratives that connect emotionally spark conversation and drive engagement across millions of followers. This role blends creative excellence with data intelligence — building viral moments while strengthening long-term brand love.
You’ll lead the strategy content direction and community management that turn audiences into advocates — and make our brands the benchmark for social excellence in the apparel industry.

Lead the end-to-end social media and community strategy for our apparel brands — from content ideation to influencer collaboration and engagement management.

Build and execute a data-driven content plan that consistently drives engagement growth (+30%) and creates viral moments (20 posts with 500K+ views).

Scout negotiate and manage influencer partnerships (8+ per quarter) with top-tier and mid-tier creators under a target CPM below $40.

Develop data-based influencer and UGC briefs that capture the brand’s storytelling tone and drive creative performance.

Manage community engagement daily — fostering authentic conversations moderating discussions and building a strong inclusive brand presence.

Collaborate closely with creative design copy and performance teams to deliver unified social campaigns that convert.

Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to streamline content ideation brief creation and influencer operations improving efficiency by 50%.

Analyze content and community KPIs weekly spotting trends and opportunities to maximize organic reach and engagement.

Maintain and evolve the Community Management Playbook to ensure consistent tone reputation handling and proactive brand advocacy.

Continuously monitor trends competitors and audience behavior to keep our content culturally relevant and always ahead of the curve.

5+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy Community Management or Influencer Marketing ideally in fashion apparel or lifestyle brands.

A creative and analytical mindset — equally passionate about storytelling and metrics.

Proven ability to identify and execute viral content formats and trends.

Strong knowledge of social media ecosystems UGC patterns and influencer collaboration models.

Advanced English communication skills both written and spoken.

Hands-on experience with social and analytics tools like Sprout Social Google Trends Tableau and social listening platforms.

Highly organized proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced data-driven environment.
