Title: Sr Software Engineer (Top Secret Clearance, DevSecOps)

Location: Remote(1-2X Per Month onsite in Charlottesville, VA)

Position Overview:

The Senior Application Programmer will be supporting a federal contract with the US Army-MI Intelligence Community for their National Ground Intelligence Center(NGIC). The Senior Application Programmer will work on implementation of Secure Risk Management framework (RMF), cloud brokering architectures and required cloud services on the Top Secret, Secret, and Unclassified domains.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architecture, Infrastructure as code, networking and core services necessary to facilitate
  cloud adoption across all network domains
• Provide a foundation from which Army MI applications can reach cyber authorization more
  efficiently
• Utilize cloud technology and automaton to reduce data center infrastructure, while enhancing
  overall security.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
• 5+ years of software development experience with programming, scripting, or markup languages
• Experience with some languages such as: Java, JavaScript, Bash, Ansible, Puppet, Salt, Python,
  C, C++, C#, XML,, JSON, or YAML
• Experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software
  and infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment using tools such
  as Terraform, Vault/Secrets Manager, and with Platform as a Service technologies
• Experience with Linux operating systems, command-line interfaces, network technologies
  including DNS and load balancing
• IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications such as Security +
• AWS Certification(30 days after start date)
• US Citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligible required
