UKG is looking to hire a Tax Compliance Analyst to join our talented Tax Compliance Escalations Team. As one of our team members you will be a part of a passionate team that is driven by improving the customer experience through thorough solutioning efforts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:• You will become a Subject matter expert for all of areas of our Tax Compliance Domain.• Ability to conduct thorough review, triage issues and deliver the root - cause analysis in friendly language to customers for complex Tax issues that stem from Payroll processing, Tax set up and configurations.• Promotes teamwork and maintains a customer focus through positive communication and a strong desire to meet the needs of the customer.• Works as a team member to maintain the highest levels of customer service, quality and productivity.• Works in an environment with competing priorities.• Work with core development team(s) to explain product issues and determine next actions.• Proactively communicate with clients and team members to keep them apprised of issue status and any commitment dates.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:• Demonstrated advanced problem solving and proactive problem resolution skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.• Effective communication skills; both verbal and written.• Excellent follow-up skills with customers, team members, and other departments across the organization.• Organized, hardworking, dedicated, with a strong sense of accountability.• Positive 'can do' attitude.• Strong analysis, task management, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:• 2 or more years of Payroll or Tax set up and reconciliation experience with set up or solutioning for UKG.• Strong Analytical Skills to determine all business needs.• Ability to research Knowledge Center articles and JIRA for review of trending or similar issues.• Ability to take complex ideas and relay them to any audience.
