What you'll do:

• Manages daily cash positioning and reconciliation
• Works with business units to identify and analyze currency exposure
• Performs analysis of variance of cash flow forecast to actuals
• Supports short-term and long- term cash forecasts, and coordinates the movement of any excess cash to and from intercompany accounts
• Determines appropriate methods and procedures to use for assignments of daily cash, and provides guidance/training to others
• Performs, tracks, and facilitates all payment processing, including wires, ACH, checks, payment file uploads/releases, and payments using credit card, from initiation to receipt
• Guides Tax Payment requests from initiation to receipt
• Monitors balance of Corporate and Purchasing Card accounts, and funds according to funding process
• Monitors liquidity for all company accounts
• Funds internal accounts to support other functions in the company
• Partners within finance, with HR, and with other teams to efficiently process payments and perform other core Treasury functions.
• Monitors portfolio investments and produces management reports detailing the performance, as necessary

Experience you'll bring:

• 8 years experience / 6 years (Masters) / 3 (PhD) working in Treasury and other Finance teams
• FX experience in currency hedging and risk mitigation
• Bank portal experience with JPMC, and Citi or HSBC
• Highly motivated, with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• A desire to learn, an ability to solve problems independently, and a work ethic to drive to resolution
• An ability to work remotely, or hybrid if in Phoenix, AZ area

Bonus points if you have:

• Financial modeling capabilities in Excel
• CTP Certification, MBA
• High-growth SaaS / Software industry experience
• TMS experience
