As an Sr. Analyst, you will…
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Monitor tagging implementation alerts
- Help perform exploratory data analysis to improve customer experiences
- Support teams in understanding client measurement tracking needs and improving data infrastructure
- Create templates, checklists, and governance documents to organize complex tracking infrastructure
- Make regular adjustments to tag deployment via tag management platforms
- QA project initiatives to ensure accuracy
- Perform A/B tests and demonstrate results
- Correspond with internal stakeholders to create meeting agendas, gather requirements, etc.
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business or analytics with an emphasis in Marketing highly preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3+ year of experience with website and e-commerce analytics (real-world or project-based accepted)
- Advanced Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics experience
- Proficient with Google Tag Manager
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
- Ability to think outside the box, adapt quickly and learn while ‘on the go
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
- Marketing experience in the retail, financial, or health industry
- Basic proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or R; Google Optimize
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training, and experience. MERGE’s career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role and are promoted to the next level, generally during salary review cycles that are posted in the employee handbook.
