Sr. Analyst, Sales Reporting & Analytics
In this high-visibility role, you will act as a business partner for Sales Leadership in identifying areas of improvement, tracking metrics, and playing a collaborative role in providing the necessary visibility for Sales Leadership to successfully plan and drive their business goals (e.g. ad hoc reports, data discovery, etc)
Responsibilities:

• Develop, measure, and maintain analytical excellence for sales teams including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to understand performance and other key sales metrics
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as required
• Cover core areas such as reporting and analytics on sales performance and providing insights to support accurate forecasting and business strategy
• Build and maintain high-visibility dashboards to consistently monitor performance and identify trends in the business
• Develop narratives and recommendations from analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders
• Build relationships and provide analytical guidance to key business stakeholders and leaders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years driving reporting and analytics processes as an individual contributor and/or team lead
• Prior experience at a SaaS company preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce reporting
• Deep understanding of Excel or equivalent analytical tools and knowledge of SQL or Python
• Demonstrable experience building reports and dashboards using BI visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively to senior leadership - verbally, in writing, and presentations
• Knowledge of common sales principles
• Passionate about helping organizations understand and solve large scale business challenges through reporting and analytics and streamlining operational efforts
• Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast paced, and diverse work environment
