The Sr. Analyst is an integral role on the Marketing Strategy team contributing to ServiceTitan's role to ensure the success of products and features at ServiceTitan. S/he will help market and engage existing customers and prospects with the goal to drive significant new customer acquisition and adoption of new products and features.
The Marketing Strategy team is the strategic arm of the Marketing organization - responsible for pipeline across key market segments, deep segment knowledge and driving expansion strategy with new customer segments.
What You'll Do:
  • Ideate and lead deep dives / analysis (in collaboration with cross functional partners) into highest priority strategic topics (e.g. thought leadership strategy, process improvement, message testing, market research)
  • Drive day-to-day operations and strategic pivots for core marketing strategy initiatives (e.g., outbound, inbound, events, referrals, partnerships, etc.)
  • Support development of Marketing priorities, resource planning, goal setting for projects the individual owns as well as broader marketing team initiatives
  • Support program management for the highest related marketing initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, Operations, and Finance as a steward of the Marketing and broader Revenue organization priorities

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
  • Functional experience in sales, marketing, operations, product marketing, or market strategy within the SaaS space is preferred
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. customer research, customer segmentation strategies, competitive assessments etc.)
  • Ability to distill complex issues into concrete action plans; manage execution; and drive results
  • Energized by ambiguity and dynamic working environments that provide a diverse experience and opportunity to tackle different problems
  • Knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication
