As the Sr Business Operations Partner of Site Strategy and Operations, you will perform a critical leadership role to support the growth of G-P India Development Center Bengaluru. You will work closely with the core Technology, business & people leaders to drive a common strategic and operational agenda across the IDC organization.
You may be based anywhere in India and your responsibilities will include:Â
- Ensuring the site success by working cross functionally to set a roadmap and operational plan.Â
- Define innovative programs at the site in support of the roadmap, securing alignment and budgetary support for the programs.Â
- For every program, ensure planning, KPIs, tracking, course correcting and management reporting
- Communicate site related programs and events to internal and external audiences, appropriately
- Serving as an escalation point for operational issues and providing guidance and leadership for resolving them
- Build & Manage relationship with tech partners and trade bodies in the ecosystem
- Support & partner with IDC head to help execute on key priorities & raising effectiveness.
- Chief of staff for IDC Leader - working closely with IDC Site Leader on all things related to site and calendering for the site leader.
Qualifications
As a successful PMO of Site Strategy and Operations, you should:
- Have a Bachelor Degree with 5+ years of professional experience in cross functional roles.
- Have experience working across a tech organization, driving organisation-wide or centre-wide projects, initiatives and programs
- Possess experience in budgeting, program planning and management
- Possess the leadership qualities to influence without authority across diverse functions and cultures
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Possess excellent communication skills – written and oral
