About the position:

You will provide technical expertise and leadership in the implementation and deployment of Reltio, a cloud-based data management platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that effectively leverage the capabilities of the Reltio platform.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Reltio data model, define and tune match rules, define survivorship rules, setup source data loads using RIH or other tools, configure exports
• Conduct requirements and design workshops
• Develop MDM architecture and design documents on client implementations
• Contribute and review test plans and test case development and participate in system and user acceptance testing
• Contribute to MDM strategy and assessment engagements
• Deliver client and internal Blue Labs projects
• Create documentation including for requirements, data specific documentation, design and end user training documents
• Work directly with senior clients
• Collaborate with and mentor other Blue Altair team members
• Be a subject matter expert and a go-to team member who adds value daily. Someone willing to go the extra mile and if they do not have the information requested, they either know who does or they volunteer to find out.

Experience Required:

• At least 6 years of experience working with a professional services organization
• Must have worked on at least 3 full lifecycle Reltio MDM implementations
• Deep technical knowledge of MDM architectural designs including integration approaches
• Ability to support multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams
• Good experience with data integration, data quality, project life cycle phases, best practices and processes
• Core business consulting skills: systems analysis, technical communication and collaborative problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers, stakeholders to drive MDM design-decisions
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as relationship-building that adds value for cross-functional collaboration and project impact assessments.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering or equivalent

Experience nice to have:

• Certified with Agile Scrum
• Knowledge of cloud technologies – AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experience with integrating with CRM/ERP applications
