Summary: They will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing data architecture solutions for our BI/Reporting system. Also, they will collaborate with product owners to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet the organization's data needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data architecture solutions using Snowflake and Azure technologies.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data integration, and data architecture diagrams.
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain an automated CI/CD release management process.
  • Optimize data performance and ensure data quality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6-8 + years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data integration.
  • Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models.
  • Good experience working with Snowflake and Azure technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an agile team, meet deadlines, and demonstrate good time management and multi-tasking in fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality assurance.
  • Good communicator with a problem-solving mindset and focus on process improvement.
  • Experience in the financial domain (Nice to have).
  • Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau (Nice to have).

The base salary range for this position is between $ 131,409.00 to $ 175,212.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbe’s employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
