Sr. Director of Sales Process, Strategy & Inside Sales
Job Description
Responsible for GTM sales process implementation and enhancement over time. This role requires a deep understanding of the roles functions and processes of teams across the organization. The role will need to have impeccable collaboration skills as they work cross functionally to optimize all elements of Field & Inside Sales GTM including gold standards rules of engagement shared forecasting language and more. This role should go beyond the sale helping our organization to not just capture customers but keep and grow them. The right candidate for this role will have strong leadership vision and execution skills. The role will be ready to identify organize the teams around and optimize field execution. Beyond driving Sales Process on a broad level this role will also include coaching and training to ensure proper and timely implementation. This is an important component of ensuring the overall company’s success by increasing field velocity and effectiveness.
Responsibilities Include:

Sales Process creation roll-out measurement & on-going delivery

Cross functional readiness planning implementation tracking and evolution

Sales Leadership collaboration and coaching

Sales coaching including SDR coaching

Defining and improving systems of Sales Excellence tracking

Driving the adoption of methodology and forecasting best practices - Rules of Engagement

Ensure field is ready during releases / launches

Field change management
Skills and Experience:
-
10+ years of Market Readiness or related experience
-
First hand and Leadership experience in multiple sales functions (BDR ISR Field Channel)

Strong Coaching Enablement and Communication skills
-
Experienced in fast-paced Technology companies
-
Networking and/or Cyber Security background a plus
