About the Role

The Senior Director, Global Sales Enablement plays a key role in setting and driving the strategy for sales, customer success and partner teams’ development, improve sales performance, and productivity. This leader will build and influence the development and implementation of critical global programs such as sales onboarding, sales kickoffs, solution training, sales methodology, amongst others. The goal of this role will be to uncover ways to ramp our sales organization faster, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates and productivity by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and partner teams.
Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, the ideal candidate will develop a cohesive sales enablement strategy and program that considers all customer-facing roles, aligning with the business’ strategic priorities. We are seeking someone who is ambitious, forward thinking, continuously sets the bar higher and at their core strives to make a positive and measurable impact across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Work with sales leaders to accelerate sales transformation throughout the organization by developing a training and enablement roadmap for all key sales roles extending to sales leadership both for direct sales team and for our partner teams.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of high-performing sales enablement professionals to effectively support a global and expanding revenue development, sales, and customer success organization.
  • Develop and implement training strategy for the sales organization that increases salesforce productivity, performance and quota attainment.
  • Design curriculum to cover market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes, sales methodology, sales tools and skills training.
  • Lead the Sales Enablement team to enhance a comprehensive onboarding plan, annual sales kickoffs, continuous training program and career pathing for Sales team members.
  • Develop rhythm to conduct on-going needs assessments and “spot checks” to ensure consistent global adoption of key sales enablement services and programs.
  • Help build and deploy, in cross-functional partnership with other teams, an ongoing accreditation program to drive globally consistent knowledge across the sales and partner organization.
  • Measure and provide ongoing enablement services’ progress and impact through KPIs / metrics as well as provides recommendations for further adoption, reinforcement, and sustainment initiatives to ensure maximum ROI of enablement initiatives and achieve key organizational and sales desired outcomes.
  • Lead an ongoing Sales Enablement Council to ensure a constant feedback loop is established between Sales, Partner, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR partners to develop and optimize enablement content (product, messaging, competitive, pricing) to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Guide thought leadership on best practices to build sales and external partner relevant enablement content and messaging.
  • Benchmark and assess enablement programs based on feedback, results and third- party analysis to ensure the most significant business impact

What you’ll bring:

  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience across enablement and customer-facing roles within Tech/ SaaS organizations
  • A track record of developing and leading impactful strategic enablement programs.
  • Agility and success with working in extremely fast-paced environments
  • A forward-thinking viewpoint of enablement and the key imperatives of the discipline
  • A collaborative mentality working cross-functionally with partner, sales, product management, product marketing, sales operations, and technical teams at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to develop learning experiences for one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
  • A think global with an act local mindset with experience working with global teams that met unique needs when needed
  • Genuine leadership with high integrity
  • Strong Project management skills coupled with success in driving change within an organization.
  • End user and training experience using the following tools or similar: Salesforce (CRM), ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Technology product training & messaging experience
  • Experience in building training, solution messaging, competitive, and sales content / collateral within a business analytics and/or data integration organization (or related field)

Compensation-
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $184000 to $23000.  Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
