The Role:

As a Sr. Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will specialize in developing and spearheading a lead generation process for our Sales Team. The Sr. Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is expected to understand the fundamentals of sales outreach and the traditional tools used to develop content & cadence best practices (Salesforce, calling & cadence tools). 

We are looking for a fast learning, driven, energetic, and knowledgeable SDR who can help the Enterprise sales team stand up an Enterprise SDR function. This person should flourish in an environment of autonomy with trial and error.

Sr Enterprise Sales Development Representatives are tireless individuals who focus on lead generation to hospital executives all over the country to pique their interest in our services.

Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of Medely, and the drive to exceed quota targets. Working closely with Marketing, Sales Management, and our Senior Salespeople will give you the opportunity to develop your career in sales. You will learn from the best by working alongside the top performers on the sales team along with sales leadership. Self-motivated individuals looking to build a solid foundation in sales are an ideal fit for this position.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Be the cornerstone and founder of lead development best practices at Medely.

  • Be the first impression of Medely to our target hospital personas. 

  • Work with Marketing and Enterprise Account Executives to develop content and cadence to generate early stage opportunities with our target personas.

  • Prospect within hospitals to arrange demonstration and discovery sessions for our Account Executive Team

  • You are responsible for helping fill the pipeline of opportunities to support the company achievement of growth targets.

  • Your success in your role will be measured on daily activity metrics (minimum 80 touches a day on average) as well as a monthly quota attainment

  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to stay organized and track activity throughout the week

Who You Are:

  • Proven initiative, curiosity, and a competitive drive

  • You’re an excellent communicator with professional written and verbal skills

  • Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives

  • Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of lead generation or sales development in a sales organization

  • Zoom/Phone presence, articulate, and fast learner who can succinctly communicate a value proposition. 

  • Experience using Outreach, Gong, and/or Salesforce

  • Experience in outbound lead generation

  • Healthcare and/or Saas experience is a plus!
