Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

Responsible for financial analysis and report generation activities in a manner designed to protect assets, meet reporting requirements, and provide timely, meaningful reporting of operations in changing environment.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting process, which includes the consolidation of the forecast, variance analysis and the preparation of an analytical package to facilitate senior management review.
  • Assist with the preparation of Board of Directors and other management reporting presentations providing insightful analysis and supporting schedules, as well as the creation of slides used to communicate strategy and results to the Board. 
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for assigned regions and products, collaborating with market CFO’s to understand annual strategy and resulting P&L’s. Develop insightful Risk and Opportunities to the plan and communicate analysis to department management. Interacting with Sr. Director, VP and SVP level managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of short and long term liquidity forecasts for the company and highlight any risks and opportunities to the management in timely manner for management to take strategic decisions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, which includes financial, statistical, and analytical assessments, including financial modeling, revenue/cost forecasting, and risk/return analysis.
  • Manage monthly Executive Committee financial results package, working with market CFOs to understand trends, budget variances, KPI’s and other business drivers which enable management to make more informed decisions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA and or a CPA a plus

EXPERIENCE

  • Min of 5-7 years of a demonstrated history of progressive responsibility in accounting and finance roles

SKILLS

  • Positive attitude and open to change management/environment
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects, to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of management, ability to create and analyze financial statements and communicate results to management. 
  • Team members will have the ability to lead a team in a collaborative way to drive projects to a successful conclusion. 
  • Team member will have experience using general ledger systems, data cubes. 
  • Experience with Oracle, Tableau and Hyperion is a plus.
