This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.
Job Summary
This position will provide financial guidance and business partnership to the Procurement organization. As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide Finance leadership, analytical support, and decision-making support. This role will partner with the procurement organization to ensure we deliver the highest value for the organization, including driving cost savings initiatives. This role will also support key strategic initiatives such as Hardwire 2.0 and Finance Transformation.
Job Responsibilities• This role will be responsible for month end financial close, monthly and annual financial forecast for designated departments• Develop insightful analytics for business partners to understand KPIs, and financial performance• Partner with cross functional partners to deliver Hardwire strategies• Support Finance Transformation initiatives• Support capital initiatives; creation of business case, and validation of financial model• Provide cost and General Ledger support during month end close• Cultivates finance/business relationships, which includes learning the business, responding to evolving priorities and understanding the impacts of decisions on key stakeholders• Assumes leadership responsibility as necessary, including being an advocate for new ideas and serving as an example for coworkers• Adhoc analysis as requested

Bachelor's Degree Required
Education Specifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A CPA or equivalent is desired.
Required• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience• Ability to pull insights out of data, identify the root problems and propose solutions• Ability to set direction and effectively influence others to drive results without direct reporting relationship• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Self-motivated and a self-starter; result oriented and proactive• Process Excellence: able to establish process, and make process improvements• Experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred • Experience in a manufacturing company• Strong operational knowledge of SAP• Understanding of volume, mix, rate margin analysis and modeling is preferred but not required
