Job Description

Ibotta is seeking a Sr. Financial Program Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The person in this role should have extensive experience managing large scale projects related to financial reporting, planning and analysis. The ability to bring together teams across the organization including technical and non technical individuals to achieve consensus and overcome resourcing constraints / blockers. 

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading programs across finance that drive financial reporting, analytics and process improvement.

  • Partner with other organizations to align systems/business processes to ensure programs provide expected impacts in 

  • Create and manage roadmaps and timelines highlighting risks and constraints.

  • Create and maintain program charters and provide regular updates to leadership.

  • Continuously drive process/system improvements leveraging ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

  • Update finance leadership on progress, risks and constraints impacting progress

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years experience in accounting, project management or managing Financial/ERP systems

  • Proficiencies: Netsuite, Six Sigma, Process Architecture

  • Experience translating complex or abstract concepts into concise and understandable documentation / presentations

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to bring stakeholders together and achieve consensus

  • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to minimize risk to achieve timelines

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience creating and presenting presentations for C suite

  • Experience with change management models and high EQ

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $105,000 - $136,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
