Sr. IAM Engineer

As a Senior IAM Engineer at Zayo Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role is essential in safeguarding our data, protecting customer trust, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:

• IAM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with Zayo's security objectives, ensuring efficient access control, authentication, and identity management.
• System Design: Design, configure, and deploy IAM systems, including identity provisioning, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privilege management.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce access control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Security Enhancement: Continuously monitor and assess IAM systems for vulnerabilities, and implement security enhancements to protect against evolving threats.
• User Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring efficient and secure user access.
• Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans related to IAM, ensuring swift and effective resolution of security incidents.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct employee training programs on IAM best practices and security awareness to reduce human error risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of identity provisioning, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privilege management.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IAM, such as NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.

Base pay range: $95,800 - $150,590, commensurate with experience
