Our location in Alpharetta, GA currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Implementation Analyst.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Critical special project will be researching price discrepancies and summarizing the findings for the team.
• Research and resolve all price discrepancies and provide cross functional teams with timely and accurate responses and resolutions
• Obtain appropriate approvals for invoice price exceptions and documents accordingly.
• Analyze price relationships between products.
• Communicate pricing errors and rejections to business analysts and field sales teams
• Critical special project will be researching price discrepancies and summarizing the findings for the team.
• Perform daily and weekly functions in SAP and in Salesforce
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Provides support to the Business Analysts in their efforts to effectively provide pricing analysis and contracts for the Abbott Sales Team

• Review signed contracts and documentation, updates Salesforce with appropriate data in accordance with OEC / corporate policies and notifies appropriate parties
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment and working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet stringent deadlines is essential as well as attention to detail.
• Reviews signed contracts using various systems such as SharePoint, MS Power BI, Salesforce.com and SAP to verify accuracy by collating, checking, analyzing and comparing items to documentation.
• Record audit by documenting findings.
• Prepare audit findings, write audit reports and develop recommendations.
• Communicate findings by preparing final report, discussing findings with management.
• Work with Business Analysts and Finance to resolve price discrepancies.
• Maintain Salesforce Data Integrity
• Also has a critical field support role. Create ad hoc sales reports and/or analysis as needed.
• Serve as a resource to the sales force and external customers regarding contract life cycle management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of contract auditing experience, and familiarity with business processes
• 2-3 years' experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate information into relevant and actionable insights.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
• Dynamic, motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented creative thinker and problem solver.
• Ability to assess and recommend the best methods of collecting and organizing data
• Detailed Oriented
• Strong Analytical Skills

Preferred:

• 1+ year Salesforce
• Experience with Power Query and Power BI
• Healthcare industry expertise
• Comfortable working in newly forming, ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills.
• Intellectually rigorous, analytical, and curious.
