Job Summary
This technical position designs Manufacturing Executing System (MES) and Shop Floor solutions to meet functional business needs and operates as part of an agile product team that implements SAP MES and ERP solutions for our Manufacturing plants. Focusing on SAP ME/MII development, the position is responsible for applying relevant SAP experience to designing these solutions to ensure quality and timely delivery. The Sr Analyst ERP Design works with a high degree of ambiguity and partners with stakeholders to identify business requirements.
Job Responsibilities• Complete technical designs for information systems, ranging from high-level conceptual designs to detailed technical specifications.• Complete technical, infrastructure, and application efforts and initiatives.• Execute system/application installation, patching, rollouts, releases, and upgrades ensuring technical standards and strategies are being followed.• Perform quality assurance reviews of technical specifications produced by external resources contributing to H-D technology projects and perform quality assurance reviews of the work product to ensure compliance with the design specifications.• Recommend design changes to production systems in response to changing business process, capacity, risks, and performance requirements.• Periodically review technology development standards to ensure high quality and efficiency.• Contribute to the prioritization of technology problems and enhancement requests.• Provide consulting and support services to identify technology system's operational, monitoring, and reporting requirements.

Experience Requirements
Required:• Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with SAP ME/MII, SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo), or Kepware• At least 5 years of successful project delivery with a focus on systems design using waterfall and/or agile methodologies• Experience working within a Manufacturing environment and shop floor integrations• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills• Strong experience in, and orientation toward, solution design and structured system development methodologies• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing other personnel in design and delivery roles• A proven record of accomplishment in planning, managing, and delivering information systems, preferably in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or financial services
Preferred:• MES experience including SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, SAP Plant Maintenance / Quality Management, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), low code platforms, other MES solutions• Working knowledge to other SAP functional areas like STP, OTC, and PTP to functions (ECC or S4/HANA) a plus
