What is My Impact?

The Senior IT Developer (Sr. Oracle SOA BPM Developer) is responsible for development, programming, coding of Information Technology solutions. Develop new workflows for the team which are essential to critical workflow applications within the enterprise.

What are My Key Responsibilities?

This list of essential job functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.• Analyze the existing versions of Oracle SOA/BPM/OSB 12c product code and 12c customization code and components.• Develop/merge all the functionalities to the new 12c SOA BPM composite/OSB projects from 11g.• Develop complex BPM workflows.• Unit Test the merged/developed SOA suite components.• Integrate the SOA services with other consumers.• Promote the SOA/BPM/OSB applications up in the life cycle.• Upgrade/Migrate Data from Oracle SOA/BPM 11g to 12c.• Integrate multiple SOAP/REST webservices.

What is Required?• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.• 6+ years' related work experience, including progressive work experience in a programming or application development role• Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures• Proficiency using versioning tools• Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems• Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills• Flexible team player• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities• Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance• Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment• In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle• Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language• Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio• Proficiency using debugging tools• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy• Experience mentoring / or leading other development staff• Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness

What is Preferred?• Experience in SOA, Orchestration, and Integration Technologies in the areas of BPEL, BPM, Web Services, OSB, BAM, ADF, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSD, UDDI.

The Federal Government and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) may require applicants to have lived in the United States for a minimum of three (3) out of the last five (5) years to be employed with the Company. These years of residence do not have to be consecutive.
