Sr. IT Workspace Engineer

**Candidate Note: This position is 100% remote for candidates based in the US (EST or CST) or Ontario Canada**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workspace Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting our workspace solutions including Okta Workspace One and other critical services such as Google Workspace and Slack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an Okta Administrator with advanced experience in SSO integrations coupled with a security-first mindset to ensure our endpoints remain secure.

What your impact will be:

Okta Administration:

• Manage and support multiple Okta environments.

• Create and maintain SSO integrations with SaaS applications.

• Engineer and maintain zero trust authentication policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta and SSO integrations.

Workspace One Management:

• Develop maintain and deploy software packages via Workspace One.

• Engineer security baselines for Mac and Windows endpoints.

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless operation and security of endpoints.

Workspace Solutions & End-User Support:

• Support and manage workspace and collaboration solutions including Google Workspace Slack and Microsoft O365.

• Provide support for tickets escalated through the Helpdesk.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work effectively in a remote environment ensuring clear and consistent communication with the team.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as an Okta administrator with advanced SSO integration expertise.

• Hands-on experience with Workspace One or similar solutions for endpoint management.

• Experience with Mac and Windows endpoints.

• Strong understanding of security principles and practices for endpoint management.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What will give you an edge:

• Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft O365.

• Familiarity with Slack and other collaboration tools.

• Linux and Windows scripting experience (bash and Powershell)

**Comp Range (DOE/Location) : $130-150k max + annual variable bonus
