Position Overview:

The Senior Manager of AMER Demand Generation you will be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market field strategies driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration across the region for named prospect accounts.

Our vision at G-P is to increase our penetration with mid-large enterprise companies and our marketing strategy and programs will need to evolve to support that goal. 
Given our nascency of this niche for G-P, a comprehensive global marketing strategy has been developed, but will require regional deployment and optimization—from content development and KPIs to lead scoring, reporting, and attribution which you will contribute to.
The AMER Regional Field ABM team will report directly to this role. 


What you'll do:

ABM Prospect Campaigns:

  • Take ownership of developing and implementing the AMER ABM marketing strategy, plans, and budget and manage and coach ABM team.
  • Develop and lead programs to engage target accounts in alignment with our acceleration and growth objectives. Utilize various tactics, such as events, sponsorships, thought leadership, communications, executive briefings, and direct marketing, based on account analysis and growth strategies developed with Sales and Partners.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to map stakeholder journeys, identify key account activities, and develop communication strategies to deliver targeted and personalized engagement.
  • Partner with the Global Demand Generation Team to drive digital awareness through paid display and social campaigns across multiple social platforms.
  • Strategize and evolve content and messaging for the Enterprise segment to foster engagement and convert target accounts.
  • Utilize data, insights, and best practices to design, implement, and report on effective ABM campaigns and programs across various channels and platforms.


BDR/SE Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to map stakeholder journeys, identify key account activities, and develop communication strategies to deliver targeted and personalized engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a library of marketing collateral and playbooks for BDRs and SEs.
  • Provide necessary tools, content, and training for successful prospect engagement.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the enablement process to improve the effectiveness of the sales team.

Budget Management:  

  • For all AMER programs above.


What you will do:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid project management and analytical skills.
  • Passion for taking risks, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


The annual gross base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
