Sr. Manager Enterprise Accounts
Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Manager you will play a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for understanding their unique business needs, promoting our software solutions and ensuring their ongoing (renewal) success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level customers (Director and above titles). Navigating complex clients with multiple decision makers across the organization
- Understand the specific needs and objectives of each customer and tailor solutions accordingly using account plans
- Serve as the liaison between the Client Relationship team and Sales to drive renewals, upsell and innovative product enhancements that drive revenue for Delivery Solutions.
- Sales & Growth
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to generate new leads and opportunities
- Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on our software solutions and their features/functionality
- Educate customers on the benefits and value proposition of our solution
- Provide demos and presentations to existing customers
- Contract & Renewal Management
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with enterprise customers
- Ensure contract terms and pricing are aligned with customer’s evolving needs and the market demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing and or related fields (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative in the software industry, with a focus on enterprise retail relationships
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive customer success
- Self-motivated and result oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Travel Requirements:
- 15-25% to attend QBRs and in person meetings
