The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

RTX has an opening for a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Reporting Solutions Lead (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation).  Individual Contributor Role. Remote Opportunity.

The Enterprise Reporting Solutions Lead works to help understand, develop, and support the technical and business solutions necessary for the successful execution of our enterprise solutions. Primary role of the Enterprise Reporting Solutions Lead: Planview reporting support and administration. 

What You Will Do:

  • Planview reporting support and administration. 
  • Participate in leading critical enterprise application projects, fostering innovation and best practices, technical mentoring of junior technical staff.
  • Responsibilities will cross technical and leadership spectrums; while being able to demonstrate great technical breadth and depth in serving as the technical point-of-contact for his or her assigned enterprise applications. 
  • Communicate effectively and influence those within and outside the organization.
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, and other corporate functions to drive understanding, adoption, and consistency in the utilization of best practices, automation, and technology.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically 10+ years’ experience in developing and supporting technical solutions for complex IT systems and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 7+ years’ related work experience.
  • 5+ years directly related to project management experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Planview reporting administration and publishing services.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Fasttrack reporting enhancements, dashboards, and shared services.
  • Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to develop competencies for OData reporting services.
  • Articulate complex ideas, processes, and technical data in written, graphical, and verbal mediums to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and lead others collaboratively and constructively.
  • Strong analytical and problem determination/resolution skills.
  • Experience reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying issues.
  • Experience with Ansible, PowerShell, or related scripting.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and stay on top of industry trends.
  • AWS and Azure experience or certification.
  • CISSP certification.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems, associated technologies, and interoperability.
  • Articulate complex ideas, processes, and technical data in written, graphical, and verbal mediums to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and lead others collaboratively and constructively.
  • Strong analytical and problem determination/resolution skills.

Required Education:

Typically a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

    The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

    Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

    Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
