DXC is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Master Data to join our Finance systems and processes team.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Sr. Manager, Master data is responsible for providing strategic oversight to key areas of finance master data governance in the Finance Systems and Processes team. The key areas of master data may include SAP cost centers, profit centers, WBS, and customer master data. The role will include setting initial strategic direction for several existing teams coming together and building an end-to-end integrated master data process. The role may expand to include other master data types in the future.

This high impact and highly visible role will work closely with operational and other financial leaders and will have responsibility over the development and maintenance of master data processes including creation, maintenance, and closure.

A visible part of the position will include internal consulting on master data issues and managing related projects throughout the organization. Also, this role will be instrumental in the continued integration of our systems environment.

Experience Requirements:

10 plus years' experience with experience in a large organization in a systems, accounting or FP&A role

  • Experience managing teams greater than 20+ people in a global environment
  • Requisite technical knowledge of key master data concepts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131,000 - $196,400.
