We are currently operating as a remote workforce and have equipped our teams with the technology to stay connected to each other and our customers.
Responsibilities & Requirements

• Analyze RFP requirements, develops compliance matrix, and establishes proposal timeline including all proposal development activities, meetings, document reviews, and approvals for our Social Solutions business, largely responding to Public Sector and International RFP, RFI and RFQ solicitations
• Build processes & approach to RFP response
• Serve as player coach in supporting and responding to/managing key RFP components, as well as meeting with key internal stakeholders from Sales
• Search RFP response library and assign key content areas
• Develop rich library of responses proactively
• Work with internal business advisors representing various corporate interests such as finance, legal, contracts, and risk, and manages associated approval processes.
• Collaborate with small team of staff writers, subject matter experts, and professional services to produce proposals under tight deadlines that are factually accurate, grammatically correct, and that tell a compelling story.
• Establish milestones, delegate tasks, and ensure team members are providing content by deadlines.
• Write/edit proposal narrative as necessary based on input from applicable sources and geared toward Public Sector and Nonprofit clients.
• Edit proposals for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and consistency.
• Make swift production decisions without compromising integrity or timelines.
• Assist in managing proposal data repository including team member management and regular document updates.
• Work with key business and technical leaders to map the designated processes and determine potential process inefficiencies.
• Ensure that proper procedures are being followed and addresses execution gaps as appropriate, always driving for maximized process efficiency.
• Plan and arrange in advance for the necessary proposal production resources.
• Identify items that are behind schedule and barriers to progress and plan and implement effective and efficient problem-solving and corrective action plans.
• Captures Lessons Learned and implement improvement to the proposal process and product.
• This role will require some hours after 6pm Eastern time to accommodate our ANZ team needs

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years experience writing RFPs & adhering to RFP compliance
• 1-2+ years managing a small team or direct report
• Public Sector experience required
• Knowledgable in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point
• Proficiency in Loopio for project management & RFP response
• Experience in editing documents with exceptional grammar
• Proofreading with a keen eye for paying attention to detail
• You're a project management ninja who can finesse requirements and compliance documentation requests with a sales hat on
• You consider accountability one of your biggest skills
• You consider yourself a skilled communicator
• Any experience with proposal writing tools a big plus
• Experience with SaaS or Cloud Based software
