Job Summary:

Develop and lead complex, customer-centric marketing communications platforms- developing materials for use in a variety of direct marketing (mail and interactive), advertising and promotional activities for $1MM+ budgets. Manage project teams comprised of individuals from the EB creative and interactive team, internal divisional experts, Corporate Communications as well as external outsourced experts/vendors. Coordinate with various stakeholders across EB Marketing and possibly the EB Division. Create internal communications and alignment strategy to promote maximum project impact. Responsible for managing project budgets, tracking & measurement and reviewing all project-related communications to protect The Standard's brand and comply with division, legal, corporate and industry guidelines.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and continuously optimize strategy for team-specific projects, ensuring strategic alignment, documentation, cross-team understanding and effective ongoing tracking as well as success measurement.

Leverage existing communications platforms to conceive, write and deliver communications across EB to ensure consistent understanding and support across all customer interaction points related to project.

Lead internal and external project teams to deliver tactical elements of strategy to ensure maximum communications potential and alignment while upholding brand and legal guidelines.

Prepare for, respond to and coordinate project-related compliance/audit activities.

Job Specifications:

1. Education: Four year college degree or the combination of education and/or relevant experience.

2. 6+ years experience in marketing activities with a marketing organization or advertising agency. Two years project management experience preferred.

3. Experienced in developing professional marketing communications, including direct mail, web sites, collateral materials, advertising and print and electronic formats.

4. Print and online marketing materials production; Web development concepts and authoring tools.

5. Professional certification required: N/A

Note: The Standard is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. The salary for employees working in Colorado in this role is listed below. The Standard's package also includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

  • Please note, eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.


Salary Range:
$62,000.00 - $108,800.00
