Job Summary
The Effectv Reliability engineering team is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Senior MuleSoft Engineer who possesses a unique balance of technical depth, developmental, and strong architectural skills. Candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to create and implement tailored solutions for various use cases of API management & has experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce.com. The candidate should be passionate with a zeal for innovation, automation, guide projects from inception to completion, and accelerate the adoption of the MuleSoft platform. To be an effective member of this group the candidate must be well versed in SDLC, Agile, SRE Methodologies and need to provide technical guidance on the current IT trends to the management and engineering teams. The ideal candidate also requires excellent project management experience, great interpersonal, strong written, verbal communication skills that addresses business need and have a solid experience in successfully building partnerships with other IT groups. We are looking for exceptional team player, problem-solver with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative and an ability to organize daily tasks with minimal supervision. Core Responsibilities
- Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts analysis to determine integration needs.
- Designs new software and web applications, supports applications under development and customizes current applications. Develops software update process for existing applications. Assists in the roll-out of software releases.
- Trains junior Software Development Engineers on internally developed software applications.
- Work closely with the Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, Continuous Integration Engineers, E2E Testers and Support team members to ensure that the solutions we build are implemented to the highest standards.
- Take a lead role in an agile squad of first-class engineers.
- Coach and mentor Associate Developers and Developers, helping them thrive in their career.
- Within your team, lead significant technology initiatives from inception to successful deployment.
- Drive the squadโs technical direction and the improvement of its tools and processes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of how we work by being a positive and engaged member of the team.
- Oversees the researching, writing and editing of documentation and technical requirements, including evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports.
- Keeps current with technological developments within the industry. Monitors and evaluates competitive applications and products. Reviews literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.
- Provides technical leadership throughout the design process and guidance with regards to practices, procedures and techniques. Serves as a guide and mentor for junior level Software Development Engineers.
- Assists in tracking and evaluating performance metrics. Ensures team delivers software on time, to specification and within budget.
- Works with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.
- Displays expertise in knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts and skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.
- Displays expertise in process design and redesign skills. Presents and defends architectural, design and technical choices to internal audiences.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $90,653.58 USD-$212,469.33 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
